During my tenure as a Social Media Executive at Foujiadda, I successfully planned, executed, and analyzed social media strategies across Instagram and Facebook that led to significant growth in reach, engagement, and content visibility. My key achievements include:
Drove over 15.2K views on Instagram, achieving a 469.6% increase within the reporting period by leveraging strategic content formats such as reels, stories, and carousels.
Expanded Instagram reach to 4.1K users, with 89% of the views generated from non-followers, indicating strong brand discovery and high-performing content.
Boosted content engagement by 9.1% on Instagram, securing over 130 interactions, with the majority (73%) from new audiences.
Achieved 83.3% growth in Instagram followers, gaining 33 new followers organically through consistent, high-value content and effective calls to action.
On Facebook, generated 35.9K views, with 97% of views from non-followers, showing strong outreach beyond the existing community.
Increased Facebook reach by 394.1%, reaching 4.3K users – 3.8K of which were non-followers, representing a 515.3% increase in discoverability.
Maintained a steady follower acquisition rate on Facebook, gaining 16 new followers, while achieving 104 interactions with strategic posting and audience targeting.
Utilized Meta Business Suite for scheduling, tracking, and analyzing content performance, while adapting strategies based on real-time insights and audience behavior.
These results reflect my ability to create and execute content strategies that not only build engagement but also expand reach and improve visibility among target audiences organically.


















Youtube Growth of Foujiadda
I successfully managed the Community Tab of my YouTube channel Fouji Adda, achieving 30.3K impressions. Although impressions saw a 25% drop compared to the previous 28 days, the platform continued to support steady audience engagement. The channel gained 9 new subscribers, maintaining consistent growth. However, post likes dropped by 62%, indicating the need to experiment with new content styles and timings. This performance helped me analyze user behavior in-depth and identify areas of improvement in my posting strategy


Canva Creatives
These social media creatives were designed to align with the brand identity and audience goals of Upskillnexus and Fouji Adda. For Upskillnexus, the focus was on promoting digital marketing education through clean, engaging visuals that inspire learning and career growth. For Fouji Adda, the designs highlighted defence values, updates, and community pride—delivering content that connects emotionally while staying informative. Each creative was crafted using Canva with attention to clarity, branding, and engagement.
